Hello, I am Ashley
Ashley Inclima is a birth and bereavement doula with extensive experience supporting families across both outpatient OB/GYN settings and hospital-based maternity care. With over a decade working within women’s health, Ashley brings a grounded, compassionate presence shaped by her hands-on clinical background and her understanding of how care teams function behind the scenes. Her work is informed by years of supporting birthing people, collaborating with medical providers, and navigating the systems families encounter throughout pregnancy, birth, and postpartum.
My Story
With over a decade of experience in women’s health, I bring a unique perspective to birth and bereavement care—one that is deeply informed by my background in both outpatient OB/GYN settings and hospital-based maternity care. My time working alongside medical providers has given me an 'insider’s understanding' of how care teams function, allowing me to help your family navigate the complexities of the healthcare system with confidence and ease.
I believe that a truly supported birth experience requires a balance of clinical awareness and grounded, compassionate presence. My goal is to serve as your steady advocate and guide, using my years of hands-on experience to ensure you feel informed and empowered, no matter what path your journey takes.
Whether I am collaborating with your medical team or providing quiet, dedicated support at your bedside, I am committed to honoring your story with the highest level of professional integrity and heart. I am here to bridge the gap between medical systems and personal care, ensuring you feel deeply seen and expertly held throughout pregnancy, birth, and beyond.
